While serving as a Division Chief in charge of an entire division of prosecutors, Lee Lockett was in charge of all major filing decisions including the entire division’s DUI caseload. If a particular case didn’t pass his legal scrutiny, then it wouldn’t get filed. Mr. Lockett now uses that experience to the benefit of his clients.
