Biography

Brian grew up in Jacksonville and attended Florida State University, graduating with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, where he received the highest grade for oral argument in the Advanced Appellate Advocacy class and competition. After interning with Pajcic & Pajcic, Brian worked at the Office of Public Defender in both Duval and Clay counties, handling a wide range of misdemeanors and serious felony cases. While there, he was nominated for Trial Team of the Year for his work in Hill v. State 132 So.3d 925 (Fla 1st DCA 2014)   After leaving the PD’s office, Brian went into private practice and has been defending clients in Northeast Florida ever since.
